GENERAL
After the town’s electric power is substation through high voltage to 24/12kV,it needs a plenty of area twice substation distributing to the user terminals. The safe and reliability of Substation device impact the stability of substation network directly.
Our company used computer Simulation technology, and combined product design and manufacturing experience for many years, developed new SF6 gas insulated mid-voltage switchgear device-ZBF unit switchgear, it is suitable to the need of network or user terminals. Also it is satisfactory for the need of the flexible using about compact switchgear by all kinds of twice substation.
ZBF unit switchgears is a fully enclosed system. All of the charged components and switchgear is enclosed in a stainless steel shell. The whole switchgear device dose not be impacted by the external environment conditions. So it ensures running reliability and personal safety and achieved the maintenance-free. By selecting extended bus , it can achieved any composition to full modular.
Extending bus fully enclosed and insulated ensure high reliability and safety. At the same time ZBF unit switchgears can provide switchgear automation solutions, formed intelligent switchgear concept to minimize the field installation and commissioning.
ZBF unit switchgears apply to three-phase AC 50Hz,and rated voltage 12kV distribution system be used as isolation and merger load current、overload current、commissioner of short circuit also breaking empty transformer、 a certain distance from overhead lines、 cable lines and capacitors, and other capacitive load, play the role of the distribution of power 、control and protection in power system. As a ring network and terminal equipment widely used in electricity supply cable network access points, breaking contact and multi-source, apply to the urban underground cables and radiation-ring network into the grid and connecting access control, as well as underground cables and overhead lines mixed network The Progressive access control and connection, and Central and radiation electricity supply network. SERVICE CONDITIONS
1.Normal service conditions
? Ambient temperature can’t past 40℃,and in 24h the detected average temperature can’t past 35℃.,the lowest ambient temperature is -15℃
? Altitude 2000m.
? Ambient air don’t be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gas, steam or salt spray.
? Humidity
Relative humidity: daily mean not greater than 95% ,monthly mean not greater than 90%
Water vapor pressure: daily mean not greater than 2.2kPa ,monthly mean not greater than 1.8Pa
? No regular shock
2.Special service conditions
? If the switchgear is used in the severe conditions, an agreement must be made between customer and manufacturer. |
